Expanded Metal Products Pty. Ltd. is an Australian family owned and operated company specialising in the manufacture of light gauge expanded metal in small apertures.

We produce raised or flattened expanded metal using many materials including galvanised steel, tinplate and aluminium. All of our products can be supplied in either coils or sheets. We have our own in-house slitting and recoiling facilities as well as shearlines, allowing us to economically achieve high accuracy in our products.

Our modern manufacturing plant is located at Charmhaven, on the Central Coast of NSW, only minutes from the Sydney / Newcastle F3 freeway.

We have been making expanded metal since 1987, with automated high speed machinery utilising the most modern technology available, allowing us to supply a product of consistently high quality. We offer short lead times coupled with reliable delivery schedules.

Our range of patterns can be modified to increase or decrease size as necessary. Strand widths and angles can be changed, and open area, strength and rigidity can be altered to meet specific needs.
